We offer evidence-based treatment modalities, individualized treatment plans, and ongoing support to help our clients achieve symptom reduction and improve their quality of life.
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is a chronic condition characterized by uncontrollable and recurring thoughts (obsessions) that lead to repetitive behaviors or mental acts (compulsions) in an attempt to alleviate the anxiety and distress caused by the intrusive thoughts or obsessions. OCD can interfere with daily activities, jeopardize employment, strain relationships, and negatively impact one's overall quality of life.
Our OCD treatment approach is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. We take a collaborative approach utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities and shared decision-making. Treatment modalities such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and medication management have been shown to offer remission of symptoms. Psychotherapy is a crucial component of successful OCD management.
